At Access Denied, we stand by the quality of our high-performance hardware and electronics. If your purchase does not meet your technical expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original anti-static packaging and include all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure full credit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
